Boarding begins at 3:45 PM. The boat departs at 4:00 PM sharp, no exceptions.

Rain or shine. The yacht has a full indoor salon if needed.

Cocktail attire. No sharp or stiletto heels on deck.

The final hour (7:00–8:00 PM) is dockside. The shuttle bus will be waiting from 7:00 on, so feel free to stay or head home whenever suits you.

After celebration to follow at 8:00 PM. The bus's final run returns guests to the hotel and drops the rest downtown to keep celebrating (details TBD).

There is virtually no parking at the venue. The shuttle bus is the main way here; please do not plan to drive unless necessary. See the transportation plan →
